DON WOUDSTRA / BIO

For more than 25 years Don Woudstra has been creating extraordinary landscape designs and features for clients on the lakes of Ontario cottage country. Currently Don and his wife Geri own and operate one of the largest landscape design and construction companies in the Haliburton Ontario region (www.blackrocklandscapes.ca)

Recently Don and Geri and their family relocated to the beautiful south shore of Nova Scotia where Don is continuing his trademark designs and work in the coastal regions. They are excited about the new venture here in Nova Scotia under the company name of Ocean Stoneworks.

Our work has always been about adding beauty, value and function to our client's homes and cottages. We have spent many years developing time-tested techniques which gives our work structural durability that lasts for centuries. That is why we can offer lifetime warranty on our stonework. We specialize in dry-laid stonework using only the finest materials. Free-draining walls and patios are the best way to stop stonework from heaving during frost periods.
